of Ultrafit Nutrition Systems. Author of two fitness books, two
cookbooks and two Fitness DVDÆs, Cindy has been featured in Muscle
& Fitness Magazine and was Nutrition Editor for Petite Magazine.
She also is a Fitness and Nutrition Consultant for many fitness
experts, as well as to the San Diego Charger football team and the
Charger Girls team. She is a mother of two.
